Delivery Information
If you have requested to collect your order directly from The Savoy please be aware that all orders placed (Monday - Sunday) before 12 noon, will be ready the next day for collection. If the Shop is unable to complete the order in time, you will be contacted directly to arrange a specific collection time.
Savoy merchandise and confectionary ordered for delivery before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Savoy merchandise and confectionary ordered after 12 noon, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day.
Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays. If a Savoy merchandise and confectionary is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.
First Class Post does not guarantee next day delivery. Please allow seven (7) days for UK delivery during peak postal time.
UK Special Delivery guarantees next day delivery, however order must be issued before 12 noon Monday to Friday. If the order is placed on a Friday before 12 noon, it will be issued and dispatched on the same day, however the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery until the following Monday.
